You can learn more about local groups in La Leche League of Oregon by finding your local group below. We are always happy to meet new parents!

Please note that although many groups meet at a local church, LLL has no religious affiliation. The same applies to other meeting spaces that may be affiliated with some cause other than breastfeeding.

LLL Oregon is committed to helping families reach their nursing and human milk feeding goals. Leaders are trained parent volunteers who offer free information and support to help you. For the convenience of parents everywhere, we provide individualized support as well as group meet-ups, in-person and in all styles of virtual formats. Meetings are free and offer a place to find a community of parents who share an interest in breastfeeding, pumping, and human milk feeding experiences, information, questions, and concerns. LLL Woodlawn

This group is currently holding two in-person meetings.

Latch & Learn Lactation Support Group meets from 10:30am-11:30pm every third Saturday in-person at Ready Set Grow (5433 NE 30th Ave Portland, OR 97211)

Milk ‘n Mingle BIPOC Lactation Support Group meets every third Friday of the month from 6:30-7:30pm at Ready Set Grow (5433 NE 30th Ave Portland, OR 97211)

LLL Beaverton

Beaverton, Surrounding Areas

We hold 2 meetings per month. Starting in December 2023 and continuing through 2024, our evening meeting is on Zoom on the 2nd Thursday of the month from 7-8 pm. Our morning meeting is in person at Beaverton City Library from 10am-noon on the 3rd Thursday of the month. Contact a Leader for links to the Zoom meeting.
